About Ranran's Roots
Please sign in to see more. This site is dedicated to the collection and organization of information that will become a book published on the lives and ancestors of my eight great-grandparents: Frank Brown Sr and Luecindia Sullivan Brown, both originally of Hollandale, Mississippi before relocating to Gary, Indiana; JW Goodwin originally of Dekalb, Mississippi before relocating to Colins, Mississippi, Muskogee, Oklahoma, and finally settling in Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Frances Ballard Goodwin Williams, originally of Rison, Arkansas before relocating to Pine Bluff, Arkansas and settling in Gary, Indiana; Joseph Jones of Louisiana; Luberta Ellsworth of Mounds, Louisiana, before relocating to Bolivar county, Mississippi, Hughes, Arkansas, and then on to St. Louis, Missouri; Henry Wilkins II, originally of Ferriday, Louisiana but raised in Natchez, Mississippi before relocating to Pine Bluff, Arkansas and retired to Gary, Indiana; and Minnie Jones Wilkins originally of Fordyce, Arkansas before relocating to Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
The goal of my book is to first pay honor to the memory of these 8 very different personalities and the different kinds of people that make up their ancestry. Secondly to document my family's existence in this world. Thirdly to show my family's role in the history of this country and the events and times that shaped it.
I'd love to hear from anyone related to anyone on this site or anyone helped in anyway by any information on this site.
